Out of curiosity, why do you consider every LARP GM a roleplaying game designer, but not every tabletop GM (unless they've published something)? It's not as if creating LARPs is much different from creating tabletop games, and it's not as though one requires more creative input than the other. I have friends who have written whole books of background on the unique culture, setting and major NPCs of their table-top games, and have designed their own game mechanics to go with it, but haven't published any of it. Are they less designers than people who have published small one-shots online or people who have run LARPs?
