This column got me thinking about what I knew about Norse mythology and one thing I remembered the utopian human race that populate the world are descended from to humans. After a bit of net research I found their names Lif and Liftrasir I think. Now if these two individuals (or people who think their the chosen two) are going to inherit the world, it might be in their interests to hasten the onset of Ragnarok. I'm not to sure if you could or would even want to work this into your game, but it could be a nice detail if say the CEOs of your evil organisation (pentex) called themselves Lif and Liftrasir or some modern day equivelent.
