Very good article!
I believe *every* RPG should add a pair of pages of "designer notes" explaining what the rules are intended for and, perhaps more important, what the rules are *not* intended to simulate (i.e. cinematic settings in GURPS).
That way, you could know *why* that game doesn't work for you, and perhaps, what can you do to fix it.
