Kou Nan (Ko is not a valid syllable in Mandarin, in the Pinyin romanization; Kou is pronounced like you want Ko to be) has multiple possible meanings. One that works particularly well, though, has Kou in the fourth tone (falling) and Nan in the second tone (rising). Although homonyms mean that this can be written several possible ways, one pair of characters would mean something like "Bandit Man".
