These games simulate combat using physical methods such as padded weapons and water pistols (as applicable). In order to hit another character, you must actually hit the player.

Vampire and other WOD Games

Most of these games are set in White Wolf's World of Darkness, a gothic punk world featuring vampires, werewolves, mages, wraiths, and other creatures of the night.

Theatre Style Games

These games simulate combat using cards, dice, or another method. No physical contact is used in order to hit another character.

Interactive Murder Mysteries

These games focus upon solving a murder; usually all combat is pre-scripted by the event runners.

Online LARPs

Online LARPs happen in real time and virtual space, or perhaps they are an interactive story built by the characters involved.
